What if I have a question about a product?
Please call us at 1-800-486-1806 or e-mail our customer service
department at customerservice@ronco.com detailing
your product question. Our customer service representative will respond to you within
24 hours. We will make every effort to respond with your required information as
quickly as possible.
How do I order?
There are a number of ways you can place an order.
- On our website, go to the product page of the item you are looking for and click
the "Add to Cart" button. Follow the instructions through the shopping
cart.
- You can call toll-free and order through 1-800-486-1806.
If I’m not satisfied with the product I purchased, can I return it?
Ronco guarantees your complete satisfaction with
every purchase. However, we offer all customers a 30-day money back guarantee. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full
refund of the product cost within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Please be aware that we can only accept returns of orders placed directly through
and fulfilled by Ronco. If you purchased or ordered
any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular
retailer for return information.

Do you send order confirmations?
We automatically send you an e-mail confirmation of your order, usually within an
hour after you placed an order.
What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you don't receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours please e-mail
us at customerservice@ronco.com
and one of our agents will check our system for your order. Please provide us with
your last name, your billing zip code, and the date the order was placed.
Can I download User’s Manuals from Ronco
Web site?
Yes. Click on product manuals and choose the model you like.
How secure is my personal information with your company?
For your security, we do not store any credit card information after your transaction
has been completed. This information must be reentered every time you make a purchase
from our site. We ensure security measures in place to protect the alteration, loss,
and misuse of the information you shared within our site.
Registration and Mailing Lists
How do I sign up for your newsletter list?
When you enter your personal details during checkout, just highlight SUBSCRIBE
in the newsletter options and you will regularly receive our newsletter.
In case there's a change in my personal data (i.e. change of address, etc.),
how do i change my account information?
We have a “My Account” feature on our website. This feature allows you
to manage and edit your information to facilitate transaction, shipping, and billing.
Just click the "My Account" navigation button and follow the simple instructions.
We have also included an Address Book that allows you to enter up to three shipping
