There are a number of ways you can place an order.

If I'm not satisfied with the product I purchased, can I return it?

Ronco guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase and we offer all customers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Please be aware that we can only accept returns of orders placed directly through and fulfilled by Ronco. If you purchased or ordered any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular retailer for return information.

Please note due to FTC rules and regulations all orders will be automatically cancelled after 90 days.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled via phone by calling 855-857-6626.

Do you send order confirmations?

We automatically send you an e-mail confirmation of your order, usually within an hour after you placed an order.

What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?

If you don't receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours please e-mail us at support@ronco.com and one of our agents will check our system for your order. Please provide us with your last name, your billing zip code, and the date the order was placed.
