All U.S. deliveries are shipped from one of several warehouses/fulfillment centers located in the United States.
Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days. For any out of stock/order issues please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. As we strive to make your order transaction seamless, a postcard or e-mail will be sent to customers that do not ship out in a timely manner. Ronco reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary. Generally, UPS Ground Service is our most common carrier used. Please be aware that UPS Ground will not require a signature for delivery. Though signatures are not required for UPS Ground shipments generally, the UPS driver can use their discretion on if to leave the package without a signature. At this time our fulfillment program does not offer expedited shipping methods, or shipments to PO or APO boxes. A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs for the 48 continental states. An additional shipping and handling fee will be applied to all Canada, Alaska and Hawaii orders.
